From creating your profile to messaging your clinic directly — here's exactly how each part of your account works.
Sign up with your name, email, phone number and a password. Browsing clinics and requesting your first quote doesn't require an account — but saving clinics, tracking requests and messaging a clinic directly all do.
Use Treatments or Clinics to filter by specialty, country and city, and compare verified partner clinics side by side.
Fill in the “Get a Free Quote” form with your treatment interest and, optionally, a specific clinic. A patient coordinator replies within 24 hours.
Tap the heart icon on any clinic to add it to My Account → Saved Clinics, so you can compare your favorites later without searching again.
My Account lists every quote request you've sent, each tagged New, Contacted, Converted or Closed, so you always know where things stand.
Open any request in My Account to message the clinic — text and file attachments — right there, with no phone tag and no contact details shared outside the thread.
Visit the clinic's page to leave a star rating and a written review. The clinic first confirms you were really their patient — your rating and text stay hidden until then.
