By accessing or using HealthBooking (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. We may update these Terms from time to time, as described in Section 8.

HealthBooking is a marketplace that connects patients with independent, third-party hospitals and clinics ("Partner Clinics"). We help you discover clinics, compare treatments and pricing, and request quotes.

We do not provide medical treatment ourselves. We are not a healthcare provider, and we are not a party to any treatment agreement, consent form, or medical contract between you and a Partner Clinic.

Clinics listed on HealthBooking are independent businesses, not our employees, agents, or subsidiaries. Before listing a clinic as a partner, we review it against accreditation and quality criteria described on our Our Standards page.

While we take this review process seriously, we do not guarantee any specific treatment outcome, and we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any Partner Clinic, including but not limited to the quality of care provided, complications, or scheduling changes.

Quote requests submitted through HealthBooking are forwarded to the relevant Partner Clinic. Any resulting booking, deposit, payment, or treatment agreement is between you and the clinic directly, unless we clearly state otherwise at the time of booking.

• Prices shown on the Platform are estimates provided by clinics and may change after a full medical assessment.
• Cancellation and refund terms are set by each Partner Clinic and will be shared with you before you confirm a booking.
• We are not a payment processor for treatment fees paid directly to a clinic.

To use certain features (such as saving clinics or tracking quote requests), you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information when creating your account
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account

Notify us immediately at hello@healthbooking.eu if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Submit false or misleading information in a quote request
• Attempt to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Platform
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce clinic or platform content without permission

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HealthBooking, its founders and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or your treatment at a Partner Clinic, including but not limited to medical complications, travel disruptions, or financial loss.

Our total liability arising from your use of the Platform, if any, will not exceed the amount (if any) you paid directly to HealthBooking in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for legal reasons. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where HealthBooking is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
